Our special supply porducts and also our best sellers are Stevia Extrat; Ginseng Extract; Grape Seed Extract; Bilberry Extract; Green Tea Extract; Ginkgo Biloba    Extract; Pomegranate Extract; Hippophae Rhamnoides Extract; Aleo Vera Extract; Resveratrol.

2. How can you control your product quality?

We start our QC from raw materials whether they are provided from our own farm or cooperated farm to make sure 100% natural of resources we used.
For processing, we carry out strict GMP standards, skilled engineer, workers and high techinical precise equipment keeps the products with premium quality.

3. Can you provide free sample?

Generally no, because natural plant extracts which is different from other products, although sample quantity is small, the cost is still very high. But we can provide special discount of transportation to save customer’s cost for sample.

4. What are types of test method? What specific they are?

There are three main types of test method we are using: HPLC, UV, GC.

HPLC stands for High Performance Liquid Chromatograpy. This test is used to separate plant extracts into individual chemical constituents, which can then be used for identificatoin purposes(qualitative analysis) or to measure the amount of chemical or chemicals present in the extract (quantitative analysis). Separations are achieved in a liquid phase. The HPLC machine is used to identify raw materials and determine biomarker concentrations.

UV-VIS stands for Ultra Violet – Visible Spectrophotometry, a process that uses light absorption in the visible range and adjacent ranges of the color spectrum to detect a class of phyto-chemiclas of herbal materials. The equipment is used for determining the concentration of biomarker(s) in extracts without chromatographic separation.

GC/MS stands for Gas Chromotography/Mass Spectrometry. This equipment is used to separate plant extracts into individual chemical constituents, which can then be used for identification purposes (qualitative analysis) or to measure the amount of a chemical or chemicals present in the extract (quantitative analysis). Separations are made in a gas phase. The instrument is used to identify raw materials, determiine the concentration of biomarkrs and ethanol (ethyl alcohol) in extracts, and for pesticide analysis.

5. What is your packing details and option?

Generally, we have two types of packing.
1) 1kg with double plastic container inside/Aluminum foil bag outside.
    5kg with double plastic container inside/Aluminum foil bag outside.
2) 25kg with double plastic container inside/Fiber drum outside.
    50kg with double plastic container inside/Fiber drum outside.

Inside packing of plastic container, we use A+ grade strong PE bags double layer,vacuumed,biodegradable(food-safe, conform to ASTM 5338 European  Standards),which can hold 10kgs to 25kgs,such packing are safe when covered with an ourter aluminum foil bag or fiber drums.

Standard aluminum foil bag we are using is strong type,resistance of the static,electromagnetic interference,moisture proof,good function of resistance of the water,oxygen and light.Hold easy for powders below 5kgs and sealed in proper conditions,make sure the packing is still same when arrive your store.

The drums we use are come from professional drum factory, designed and made strong for long distance transport, and means No Breakage and No Leakage. Locking type bottom  fitting which made of paper board dish,top edge round strength will be more,no cotton gasket will be used,C type locking system to get better grip and special heavy handle,and they can be placed floor by floor no problem.

6. Which mode of trasportation we can choose?

We have three modes of transportation you can choose. Usually, if the goods are less than 40kg, we will recommand international express such as UPS, DHL, TNT and Fedex. For goods more than 40kg but less than 100kg, we recommand by air. Goods more than 100kg, we recommand by sea. Everything we do is to choose the most suitable mode of transportation for our customers.
